Cox allows payments through kiosks in Circle K stores
Cox Communications Arizona will be using Zaplink kiosk locations at more than 200 Circle K convenience stores around Arizona to allow customers a payment option available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
In addition, kiosks have been installed in five Cox Digital Stores in the Valley, a Cox spokesperson said Tuesday, adding that Cox Arizona is the first Cox system in the country to use this self-serve payment option.
Customers can pay their bills on the spot, and all they need is either their account number or home phone number.
“Customer service, ease and convenience are the cornerstone of our business,” said Steve Rizley, vice president and region manager, Cox Communications. “Our partnership with two leading and reputable companies, Circle K and Info Touch, enable us to continue our goal of providing ease and simplicity to every customer touch point.”
The Zaplink kiosks, according to Cox, serve about 70,000 customers each month and are growing in the Arizona market. The kiosks’ applications include bill payment for major wireless, utility and cable companies, as well as maps and directions and prepaid local dial tone and mobile content, as well as money transfer services.
Cox Communications is a major cable service provider based in Atlanta.
