FutureLogic to Vigorously Contest TransAct Lawsuit
Glendale, CA-May 2, 2005-FutureLogic, Inc., a leading manufacturer of thermal printers for the gaming, parking, POS, medical and agricultural industries, responded today to the lawsuit filed earlier by TransAct Technologies Incorporated, stating that all charges and claims in TransAct’s complaint are completely groundless.
“Our analysis of the claims leads FutureLogic to believe that the TransAct lawsuit was filed for tactical reasons.
